HTI’s Commitment to Our Drivers

Hughson Trucking Inc. understands our drivers are the direct link to getting our customers loads picked up and delivered safely and on time. We appreciate our drivers and treat you with respect by all members of our team.

Our drivers are given good pay; medical insurance coverage; rewarded with bonuses and most importantly we respect our employees and their families, offering different routes so they are able to plan time at home with their family.

HTI is committed to the safety and well being of our employees. We maintain a long history of superior safety standards and have maintained a consistent WCB remittance rate.

All new hired drivers will undergo the HTI Orientation Procedure before commencing work. Safety meetings are held regularly to identify changing driver conditions and hazards.

HTI Driver Recognition Program rewards its drivers with quarterly safety and performance bonuses. Drivers with perfect monthly logbook records are also rewarded.
